American Ballet Theatre Studio Company

American Ballet Theatre (ABT) Studio Company, the junior company of ABT, features rising stars of the ballet world between the ages of 16 and 21. ABT Studio Company prepares these outstanding young dancers, who hail from all over the globe, to enter ABT or other leading ballet companies. Nearly 85% of dancers in ABT are alumni of the Studio Company, including most soloists and principal dancers. 

ABT Studio Company dancers perform favorite excerpts from the classical and neoclassical canons alongside inventive contemporary pieces, commissioning today’s brightest choreographers to create new ballets each season. Performances feature a wide variety of styles, offering something for everyone to enjoy — from ballet newcomers to lifelong fans.

• Atrium Lobby doors open one hour prior to showtime and Concert Hall seating begins 30 minutes before performance time.
• Wheelchair accessible seating is located in the left and right side center mezzanine sections (rows BBB and EEE).
• There is no elevator to the balcony level. Unless noted otherwise, the balcony will remain closed for Weis Center performances.
• Children 2 years and older must have a ticket to attend any event. Children under 2 years of age and seated on a parent's lap may enter the venue without a ticket.
