No need to worry. The Campus Box Office will gladly help resend E-Tickets to your email or print out tickets before or at the event. Your E-tickets can also be downloaded by logging in to your account on tickets.bucknell.edu and visiting your orders. Your basketball tickets can be found on the Bucknell Hoops App. Note: Printed tickets are no longer available for basketball games.
Based on inventory availability, tickets may be purchased at the box office for Weis Center, Theatre and Dance, & Football events. However, walk-up tickets are no longer available for purchase on game day for basketball. Tickets must be purchased on the Bucknell Hoops App!

Yes, purchased tickets can be delivered as an E-ticket, Will-Call, & US-Mail. Ticket options may vary per event. Note: Printed tickets are no longer available for basketball games.

You can renew your season seats by clicking on the purchase link on the renewal email or by contacting the Campus Box Office.
Tickets can be purchased online at bucknell.jump.com, on the Bucknell Basketball app, by phone at 570-577-1000, or in person at the Campus Box Office (Mon-Fri, 10 am-4 pm). Football, men's & women's basketball, selected wrestling matches, Patriot League home playoff games, & special events.
Admission to all home regular-season Bison athletic events is FREE for students & faculty/ staff. Faculty/ staff will have to buy tickets for home Patriot League Playoff games. Ticket procedures can be found here (Coming soon).
Football: pass list guests will receive their complimentary e-ticket(s) to their email address within 24 hours before the contest. Home team & visiting team complimentary tickets will no longer be printed on ticket stock and held at the player-guest table location.
Basketball: pass list guests will gain access to their complimentary mobile ticket using the Bucknell Basketball app and signing in with their email address within 24 hours before the contest. Printed tickets are no longer available for basketball games. Game day ticketing questions/ issues can be handled at the Ticket Service table (basketball) or the Ticket Service window (football).

Weis Center Performances: lobby opens 1 hour before and concert hall doors open for seating starting 30 minutes before show time. Basketball: gates open one hour before game time. Football: gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Theatre & Dance Performances: doors open 30 minutes before show time.
Free and open-to-the-public events on campus can be found within the Weis Center Brochure, Theatre & Dance Brochure, Bucknell Music Performances Schedule, Stadler Center for Poetry & Literary Arts Writers Series, Samek Art Museum Current Exhibitions, & Griot Institute Events. First-time users can create an account on tickets.bucknell.edu by clicking the Sign In icon, located at the top right corner of your screen. For basketball tickets, you must download the Bucknell Hoops App on an eligible device.

Bucknell Basketball home game tickets have moved to bucknell.jump.com. Basketball tickets in Sojka Pavilion are 100% mobile & fans must download the Bucknell Hoops App on their smartphones to access their mobile tickets. Walk-up tickets are no longer available for purchase on game day. Tickets must be purchased on the Bucknell Hoops App or by calling the Campus Box Office at 570-577-1000 between 10am-4pm; Mon-Fri (Campus Holiday Schedule).

We strongly recommend the following important tips:
- Download the Bucknell Hoops App & purchase your mobile tickets prior to your visit to Sojka Pavilion.
- Add your ticket(s) to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet before arriving to avoid slow or weak WiFi or cellular connection.
- Make sure you have a full battery charge before your visit.
- Watch the Bucknell Hoops Tutorial Video(opens in a new tab) if you are unfamiliar with mobile tickets.
- If you are attending with guests, transfer each person their own ticket in advance.
- In addition, fans with mobile ticketing issues on game day can visit the Ticket Services Desk located in the Sojka Lobby located next to the elevator.
